Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
- For Products – Digital Platforms posts, candidate must have BE/B.Tech (IT, Computers, Electronics, Telecommunication) or MCA.
- Credit Analyst posts require a Bachelors/ Masters degree from a recognized university with relevant experience.
2.Experience:
- Experience in digital product management or IT sector is required for Manager/Deputy Manager positions.
- Work experience in a financial institution or bank is desirable for the post of Credit Analyst .
3. Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Reserved category will get relaxation as per government rules.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: After applying online, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of educational qualification and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
- Final Merit List: Final selection will be based on interview performance and professional skills.
